In Rwanda I held many positions, as Training of Trainers advisor for TEVSA (Technical and Vocational School Association) I have developed the
Centre of Excellence for electricity and partly developed the CoE for construction Another large part was the organizational development of
TEVSA, so that the organization turned into a learning organization and was ready to face the future.
Furthermore I also was technical teaching and pedagogical advisor for more than 100 technical colleges, teaching Competency Based Learning and
Practical skills to university trained teachers. This developed into the development of a state recognised teacher training system.
